		<description>Agreed. Agile is not just about chopping into small quickly-deliverable items; it&#039;s also about the collaboration -- getting all the stakeholders to the table as you say. This will be a challenge for all industries, media included, and it&#039;s easier with a younger generation than with the older generation (who are used to silos and separation of departments.)</description>
